Bio

[Career]
As a soloist, HIROKA made her debut at the age of 13 with the Liszt Chamber Ensemble,

played the complete "Four Seasons" by Vivaldi without a conductor.

Performed Violin Concertos with the following proffessional orchestras;

Liszt Chamber Orchestra, Jena Symphony Orchestra, Polish Baltic Symphony Orchestra, Tokyo Symphony Orchestra, Tokyo City Philharmonic Orchestra, Orchestra Ensemble Kanazawa, Japan Century Orchestra, Japan Philharmonic Orchestra. Japan Philharmonic Orchestra, New Japan Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra, Kanagawa Philharmonic Orchestra, etc.

In chamber music collaborated with Takeshi Kakehashi and Dmitry Feygin.

[Competitions and Awards] 

Second Prize in the Junior Section of the Wieniawski-Lipinski International Competition,

First Prize in the All-Japan Student Music Competition in Tokyo and the National tournament (highest score in all sections), Yehudi Menuhin Prize (Kronberg Academy, Germany), IMA Music Prize, ABC Newcomer Audition, Audience Award at the Weimar Europe International Master Class, First Prize at the Fidelio Foundation Competition in Vienna, First Prize at the Intanational Music Competition in Osaka, Third Prize at the International Chamber Music Competition in Turin, Italy and 

Boulder International Duo Competition in U.S.

Studied with Prof. Koichiro Harada, Prof. Zakhar Bron, Prof. Gérard Poulet and Prof. Boris Kushnir.

2009 Yamaha Music Scholarship Scholarship;

2012 Meiji Yasuda Quality of Life Cultural Foundation Overseas Music Trainee (2 years);

2014 Agency for Cultural Affairs of Japan Study Programme for Emerging Artists Trainee (3 years); 

In 2016 and 2019, graduated university and graduate school from the Music and Arts University of the City of Vienna with top grades in each year.  

Not only music, also graduated from Keio University in 2022.

In 2022, selected for the concertmaster diploma course at the prestigious Stauffer Academy in Cremona,

Italy (Scholarship).  Currenterlly she is active performing as a soloist in neighboring European cities.
